The chef-ready gourmet kitchen is ideal for hosting, equipped with premium appliances, a gas cooktop, ample prep space, and seamless flow to both a breakfast bar and formal dining room. Step onto the expansive lakeview deck to elevate your dining and entertaining experience outdoors.
Luxury continues throughout the home with a dedicated TV lounge featuring a log-burning fireplace and 60” LCD TV, as well as a private game room with bar, pool table, and shuffleboard. After a day on the slopes or lake, unwind in the private sauna or relax in the sparkling hot tub under the stars.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to all five bedrooms and main living spaces. A discreet, locked upstairs room used for owner storage is not pictured and does not affect the stay.
Garage access is not available; however, ample private driveway and parking pad space is provided.
City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Fines from $500 to up to $10,000 can be assessed to guests who do not comply. You must be over 25 to book. Person booking will be responsible for all fines. 1. No parties. Any gathering deemed a party will be cause for hefty fine and immediate eviction. 2. No amplified music outside. Including any type of speaker or instrument. Inside music must be played at a level where it cannot be heard outside the cabin. 3. No outside noise after 10pm. This is a mountain community has nearby resident that are not on vacation. Outside voices carry in the canyons. This is also a cause for fine and eviction. 4. Parking only allowed in Driveways. 5 Cars maximum. 1 car per room is allowed by city. No street parking. Please make sure you are aware of the amount of cars the driveway holds. You will have no other place to park and will be fined for extra cars. 5. No Smoking allowed. No outside fires including firepits. Highly illegal in the mountains. 6. Please wash all dishes or leave running in dishwasher at check out. The City of Big Bear Lake has implemented these guidelines to conserve the integrity of the community and neighborhood. The City have given neighbors a direct 24 hour phone number and will call if they hear any disturbances or see more cars than allowed. We want you to enjoy the beauty Big Bear offers however outdoor noise and over crowded parking will not be tolerated by the City. We had an absolute blast at this Big Bear gem. The space is genuinely impressive — plenty of room for our whole group to spread out without ever feeling crowded, which can be hard to find up here. Everyone had their own corner to relax in, and we still had great common areas to gather together. The real standout, though, is that boat slip right in the backyard. Walking out the back door and stepping onto the water within minutes never got old. We were out on the lake every single day, and having the slip made the whole experience feel effortless and luxurious in a way that a typical cabin rental just can't match. A few things here and there could use a little TLC — some minor wear and fixtures that are overdue for attention — but nothing that put a damper on the trip or kept us from fully enjoying ourselves. It's the kind of stuff you notice briefly and then forget about the moment you're out on the water.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view. Very spacious with a very cozy feel. Host included lots of fun games and activities to do inside and out. We had a fabulous time and everything we needed was there.

We had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional property and every detail of this home is absolutely beautiful. Pictures do not do justice! The view is breathtaking and the house was spotless. We’ve been coming to Big Bear for over 10 years and have never stayed at a property this amazing! There was something to do for everyone. All we have to say is we definitely will be coming back to stay! Beautiful home in and out! A lot of new memories made thank you again for allowing us to stay at your home Ps. Only thing I would suggest ( wife ) is a place to hold our trash meanwhile the stay due to not having the house smell like left over food in a bunch of trash bags in the kitchen Other than that loved it!
